Kerala is famous for its beauty of nature and its traditional culture. Beauty of its nature is greenish and marvelous. Greenish lands in the Kerala is blessed with lot of  Coconut trees, ponds, paddy fields, lawns, plants etc. Kerala is interspersed with big and small water falls, which are most beautiful to seen. Kerala Traditional Shell Fish Pickle (Kallummakkai Achar) Shrimp Pickle             Shell pickle is a Simple, spicy, delicious and memorable item in Kerala. It is very easy to prepare, we can use this method to prepare any type of shell fishes and shrimps Ingredients  Kaluumakkai  or any Shell Fish   1/2 Kg. Green Chillies    Chopped     6  no. Ginger Finely Chopped    2 tbsp Curry Leaves    2 stalks Garlic  Finely Chopped  2 tbsp Vinegar  1  cup Gingelly Oil     ½   cup (any oil we can use as per our taste, if Gingelly oil it will be very tasty ) Chilli Powder     1    tbsp Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Salt  as per our taste Asafoetida Powder   ½ table spoon Mustard Seeds     1    tsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp Sugar ¼ tsp Preparation Method 1.      Clean and wash the shell fish and allow it to drain for few minutes.     2.      Mix the flesh with salt , pepper powder and Turmeric powder
